Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Just place your order and pay in cash when it arrives at your door.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days across the Philippines. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over ₱1,500. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days. If something isn't the right fit, return it for a refund or exchange — no fuss. See our full return policy for details.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link the moment your order ships. Can't find it? Email support@arkaneia.com and we'll send it over.
Is checkout secure?
Completely. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout — your card details never touch our servers. Prefer to pay on delivery? Cash on Delivery is available too.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach us at support@arkaneia.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily change or cancel it.
